The goal of this survey of literature is to comprehend the breadth of blockchain implementation and to explore the potential applications of blockchain technology in healthcare. A review of the literature and the information from the case scenario analysis sheds light on a few limitations and weaknesses of using the blockchain in healthcare that require consideration. The quality of nodes confirming the blocks and anomalous access to information from the blocks are fundamentally the restrictions. By removing these obstacles, the efficacy with which the system receives data will increase.
