Abstract


 Effective supplier relationship management is essential for a robust supply chain. This chapter examines how AI can be utilized to enhance supplier relationship management by analyzing supplier performance, predicting potential issues, and facilitating communication. The chapter provides insights into AI tools and techniques for supplier assessment and management, and presents examples of successful AI applications in this area.
