Sustainable Supply Chains: Building Resilience in the Face of Climate Change

Abstract


As the global supply chain network faces increasing pressure from climate change, natural disasters, and resource scarcity, there is a growing need for more resilient and sustainable supply chain models. This paper examines the strategies companies can adopt to mitigate environmental and social risks in their supply chains, including sustainable sourcing, ethical labor practices, carbon footprint reduction, and waste minimization. By analyzing successful case studies from various industries, the paper demonstrates how businesses can transition to sustainable supply chains that support long-term environmental, economic, and social sustainability.
