Implementation of an ISFET based automatic output calibration system

Abstract

Recently developed ISFET technology is widely used in ion-based sensing applications, such as pH and TPS measurements, as well as other chemical or biological measures that are ION sensitive. A possible approach is to use ISFETs to create an integrated pH sensor. Calibration of the V/id fluctuation of the pH value per instance is necessary to install the ISFET-based pH sensors. A new idea of dynamic auto-calibration of ISFET pH sensors is introduced in this waste by combining reconfigurable FPGA hardware with artificial intelligence. The suggested approach makes use of a real-time on-the-fly calibration mechanism.
