Machine Learning Techniques for Real-Time Sentiment Analysis in mHealth Text Communications

Abstract


This study proposes a machine learning framework that analyzes sentiment in text-based mHealth communications. The approach combines natural language processing (NLP) with deep learning to identify user emotions in real time, enabling healthcare providers to respond to patients' mental health needs based on text-based interactions in mobile apps.
