Abstract


One of the key challenges in vocational education is ensuring that curricula align with the evolving needs of industries. This paper explores the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to bridge the skills gap between vocational education and industry demands. By analyzing labor market trends and using AI to predict future skill requirements, the study proposes a data-driven approach to curriculum design that can dynamically adjust to market needs. The paper also discusses the role of AI-powered career counseling systems that help learners make informed decisions about their education and career paths, ensuring a closer match between educational outcomes and industry requirements.
