Abstract


Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) have transformed data management, enabling intelligent data processing, storage, and retrieval. This paper presents a comprehensive review of AI-driven data management techniques, including automated data cleaning, schema optimization, and predictive analytics. We explore recent advancements in AI-based database systems, discuss key challenges such as data privacy, scalability, and real-time processing, and identify emerging trends in the field. The study concludes with insights into future research directions, emphasizing the role of AI in next-generation data infrastructures.
