A method using deep learning to forecast Game of Champions results

Abstract


The gaming genre with the biggest audiences and players globally now is the MOBA game. League of Legends has recently been recognised as an official sport as one of 37 activities at the Hangzhou 2022 Asia Games. Analytical abilities are utilised in this area as e-sports evolve. The purpose of this study is to forecast the outcome of a game by analysing League of Legends data using a machine learning approach. The dataset used in this study, which records the first 10 minutes of diamond-ranked games, is subjected to machine learning. AdaBoost, GradientBoost, RandomForest, ExtraTree, SVM, Naive Bayes, KNN, LogisticRegression, and DecisionTree are a few well-known machine learning techniques that are used.
