IoT and Smart Sensors in Elderly Care: A Pathway to Independence

Abstract


This study explores the impact of IoT and smart sensors on elderly care. By deploying sensors in home environments, we monitored health parameters and daily activities, enabling caregivers to provide timely interventions. Our findings demonstrate that IoT significantly enhances the quality of life for elderly individuals while promoting independence.
